All fees are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include 19% VAT. The seminar registration fee includes:
- Access to the seminar incl. coffee breaks, refreshments and lunch
- Participation in networking events and social program
- Transfer services to networking events
Payment is due within 10 days upon receiving the booking confirmation and invoice. The booking confirmation and invoice will be sent within two working days after the completion of your registration and includes the total outstanding amount and the bank details. If you decide to pay by credit card, payment will be processed immediately subsequent to your booking and the payment confirmation and invoice will be sent via email within two working days of receipt of your registration.
INTERPLAN handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New). You will find all Data Protection information within the registration and hotel booking process.
All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the conference office by fax +49 (0)89 54 82 34-43 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received in writing prior to 13 December 2019 will receive a refund of the registration fee (minus 25% processing fee). No refund will be given after this date, however an alternative participant’s name may be submitted.
Holiday Inn Munich City Centre, the main venue for IACPO EDGE 2020 holds a number of rooms for delegates.
The rates are stated per night and include breakfast and VAT.
Cancellation Terms: Free cancellation of your booking is available until 18th November 2019. Bookings made only after the given dates for free cancellation are automatically binding. In case of cancellation after above mentioned free cancellation deadline, or any non-arrival, the hotels/Interplan are entitled to charge the full amount to your credit card for every night originally booked. To reduce cancellation fees, Interplan will try its utmost to re-sell cancelled room nights. In case of a successful re-sale, Interplan charges an administration fee of € 19,00 (incl. 19% VAT) per re-sold night. Possible cancellation fee refunds will only be done after the congress.
